Questions, answered
What do I get with the All-Access Pass?
The complete Altar Keys rig in MainStage, Ableton Live and Altar Keys App formats — the pianos, pads, strings and synths, patches organized by service moment, the Ember Pad, Layer Lab, every Song Patch and template, plus our setup guides. New libraries we release are added to your account automatically.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay $19.90 one time and keep access for life. There's nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
What equipment do I need?
A MIDI keyboard, a computer or iPad, and a way to send audio to your sound system (an audio interface or a DI). For MainStage you'll need a Mac; for Ableton, Mac or PC. We recommend 16 GB of RAM and an SSD so pianos load quickly.
I'm brand new to keyboard rigs. Is this too advanced for me?
Not at all — it was built with volunteers in mind. Our Quick Start guide walks you through every step, controls come pre-mapped, and you can email us anytime if you get stuck.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you land in your library, ready to download. We also email you an access link so you can sign in from any device without a password.
Can our whole worship team use one pass?
Each pass is a personal license for one player, and every keys player on your team can get their own for $19.90. Need it for church reimbursement? Every order has a printable receipt in your account.
Can I use the sounds in recordings or livestreams?
Yes. Use them in services, livestreams, recordings and releases. The only thing you can't do is share or resell the sound files themselves.
What if it isn't a fit?
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no hoops to jump through.
